We’re looking for a Head of Sales to join our management team and lead the charge. Driving revenue growth and playing a pivotal role in closing high-value deals and strategic partnerships together with the team.

The Role

As our Head of Sales, you will own the strategy, leadership, and execution of Dialog’s sales function. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will operationally lead a team of five Account Executives while setting the foundation for scalable growth. 

Your mission is to enable Dialog to hit its next growth milestone of €10M+ ARR by building a high-performing sales team, optimizing sales processes, and personally engaging in high-value deals and strategic partnerships. Strong collaboration with Marketing (and CSM) is critical to success. 

This is a high-impact role for someone with strong leadership and change management skills, coupled with a proven track record in driving revenue, closing major deals, and expanding key partnerships in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership and Strategy
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of a team of 5 Account Executives, building and driving a high-performance culture.
  • Actively participate in closing large, complex deals and strategic partnerships, working closely with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to align sales efforts with lead generation and customer retention strategies.
  • Represent Dialog in key negotiations, industry events, and high-stakes commercial discussions to strengthen market position and drive new business.
2. Change Management
  • Drive process improvements to create an efficient, scalable sales operation.
  • Introduce tools, processes, and methodologies (e.g., CRM optimization, sales enablement tools) to enhance team productivity.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, ensuring buy-in from the team and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
3. Operational Excellence
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting to ensure accurate and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance and the Managing Director to set realistic and ambitious revenue targets.
  • Build and implement sales playbooks and best practices.
4. Leadership and Management Team Contribution
  • Serve as a core member of the management team, influencing broader business strategy.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to guide product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as a role model for our values, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Sales Leadership: 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Track Record of Scaling Teams: Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams beyond €10M+ ARR in high-growth environments.
  • Proven deal-closer: With a strong track record of leading and winning major commercial agreements.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Change Management Expertise: Ability to implement process improvements, drive adoption, and navigate organizational change effectively.
  • Strategic Vision and Hands-On Leadership: Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Inspiring Leadership Style: Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams to perform at their best.
  • Cultural Add: Collaborative, proactive, and growth-oriented personality aligned with Dialog’s mission and values.
