Our team is constantly building new capabilities for our software. We listen to our users, then build what they actually need. You can see exactly what the latest software release makes possible.

Release of 13 October 2026

Improved

Faster AI across Dialog. All AI features now run on a newer, faster model. You get AI suggestions and answers sooner, wherever you use AI in Dialog.
System admins can schedule talent reviews. They'll find Talent review on the Management page. They can't see the results. That keeps talent information confidential, while admins keep the platform running.
Superadmins can export questionnaire invitations. Simply use the “Export Invitation” button on a questionnaire. The export only includes participants you have admin rights for. If you don't, you won't see the button.
Only approve major changes. Managers now only need to re-approve a personal plan when something important changes. Smaller changes, like changing a goal's type, placing a goal under another goal, or editing key results, no longer send the plan back for approval.

Fixed

Review announcement emails on the right day. Announcement emails for review cycles were sometimes sent a day early. They now go out on the date set in Dialog.
The HR2Day integration in team hierarchy. Teams synced from HR2Day used to come in as one flat list. They now follow the same hierarchy as in HR2Day, and new teams automatically land in the right place.

Release of 1 October 2026

New

Create your own review templates. You can now create and manage review templates yourself in Dialog. Set up a review the way you want, check it, and switch it on when it suits you.
See what your people see. Preview a template as an employee or as a manager before you activate it.
Clear and familiar. Rating scales are shown visually, every item has an example text, and the wording is written in clear HR language.
Experiment safely. Can't undo a change? Dialog warns you before you save.

Improved

Closed calibrations included, too. If a calibration is closed, your Excel export now shows that, along with the reason. Your reports match what you see in Dialog. Especially handy during the calibration period.
Manager dashboard shows only your own team. If you're a manager and Super admin, the personal plans page now shows only your direct reports. That keeps you focused on your own people.
More conversations for the AI Coach. The AI Coach's capacity is higher. It stays fast and available, even when many people use it at the same time.
Engagement results are easier to read. Hover over an abbreviated team or questionnaire name to see the full name. For the response rate, you can see what each number means. The trend line now only connects real data points, so you can see at a glance what the chart shows.
A reliable target group screen. We rebuilt it in Engagement. Choose your target group, see exactly who's in it, and be sure your results are about the right people.
- Every situation. Choose your whole organization or specific teams and people. It now works as expected for teams with sub-divisions, too.
- Find anyone. Search employees by name or job title and see at a glance which teams are fully or partially selected.
- Earlier questionnaires, too. We applied the fix to questionnaires from February 2025 onwards. If results from that period ever looked strange, they're now correct.

Fixed

No unexpected refreshes. Dialog sometimes refreshed on its own, which could make you lose text. That's fixed. Your work is safe.
YouForce integration shows the right team structure. If your top organizational unit in YouForce is inactive and you chose to exclude inactive teams, Dialog still builds your hierarchy correctly.

Release of 15 September 2026

Improved

The template editor is more user-friendly for HR admins. Labels are clearer, you get guidance right where you need it, and the design is consistent. You also only see the options that are relevant to you.
The "Add item" button is back in the template editor.
Email archives older than one year are cleaned up automatically.
We rolled out various security updates.

Fixed

Reviews show your own text again instead of placeholders.
You can edit the Employer field in the HR2Day integration again without an error message.
The Nmbrs integration no longer pulls in employees without an email address when that setting is off.
Calibrations with a filled-in score no longer show as open.
Folders stay open after you change something in the calibration table or other tables.
Managers at organizations that only use Engagement no longer see engagement results on an employee's profile.
The confirmation text on the button to resend an invitation in employee management is correct again.

Release of 1 September 2026

Improved

Dialog runs on a new server environment. This delivers better performance.
The old Engagement reporting screens have been removed.

Fixed

Managers can submit the final score of a review again.
Answers in reviews via the Nmbrs integration are displayed again.
Calibration tasks you open from the manager dashboard are no longer empty.
Questions in Engagement are displayed consistently again.
Open answers in the sidebar with Engagement answers no longer all show the highest score.

Before 1 September

Manager dashboard: your personal home page in Dialog. It gives you an overview and control over tasks, with quick actions to handle them right away.
AI analysis saves time when going through feedback and answers to questions. AI helps create an overview of answers. That saves time and gives a clean result.
Product analytics is now on by default for everyone, including existing users. Before, you had to switch it on yourself. If you had switched it off, it stays off. No choices were reversed.
