Business Analyst Intern

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in implementing and optimizing new tools that support the commercial teams to do their work 

  • Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM - including workflows, pipelines, and integrations with other systems 

  • Work on enhancing data quality, managing workflows, and integrating systems with the help of technology and AI

  • Map various business processes, such as sales processes, into effective workflows.

  • Support the development of user training, documentation, and research for business cases.

  • You’ll be a member of the data team, but will work closely with departments such as sales, marketing, customer success, support, and finance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum commitment of 3 working days per week, with flexibility to accommodate exam periods and specific working day needs.

  • Ability to work from our office in Utrecht at least 1 day per week

  • Currently in the final year of your bachelor's or master's degree.

  • Interested in Business, Information Systems, or similar fields.

  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiastic about applying technology to business processes.

  • Excel/Google Sheets Knowledge

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently, including taking the lead and presenting to large groups.

  • Fluent in English
