The Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads, guiding potential clients through our sales process, and contributing to Dialog’s growth in the Netherlands. It is a Full Sales Cycle Role. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with up to 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles to develop their career in the thriving HR tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and effectively communicate Dialog's value proposition.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and enhance conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • Based in or willing to commute to Utrecht, The Netherlands.
