The Role and team

The teamlead customer success will lead by example, engaging with our customers’ decision makers and key users him or herself, helping them achieve business goals by driving performance with happy employees. At the same time, you’ll be managing a team of four to five colleagues who are doing support, implementation and/or customer success management. All team members are in Utrecht. 

With your team, you will be driving customer growth; retaining and expanding customers by improving customer NPS. We are a partner to our customers, not just a software provider delivering a piece of code. We help them in making the implementation successful within the organization. We advise them on diverse HR topics and inspire them with our thought leadership in performance management and engagement. Besides our own CSM colleagues, we work with a group of external consultants who are HR experts in the market.

In your role we do not expect you to know everything; we all learn and grow. However we do expect you to be ambitious about customer success and with the team, introducing new ways of working, re-thinking and automating processes and be innovative in our customer approach. The possibilities of AI are endless and you love to be at the forefront of this. You can grow in this role in line with the success of your team and the growth of the company.
