Dialog is a rapidly growing HR tech scale-up in Utrecht and a proud part of Visma. We help organizations to be successful by creating happy- and high-performing employees through enabling a continuous dialogue. We are on an ambitious trajectory to grow to 1250 customers in the coming years (our BHAG).

The current Dialog team consists of around 30 people and is expected to grow in the coming years. As people are at our core and drive our success, we’re looking for an HR Manager. You will be at the heart of fostering an exceptional workplace environment.
This role is critical in shaping employee experience and contributing significantly to our team’s energetic and collaborative culture. You’ll work closely together with the managing director, MT and all employees in this role.
