Deze Privacyverklaring is geschreven door Dialog B.V. ("Dialog").
1. Data verwerking van HubSpot
Wij maken gebruik van HubSpot, een Customer Relationship Management (CRM) en marketing automatieringsplatform, om onze marketingactiviteiten te beheren. HubSpot verwerkt persoonsgegevens zoals naam, e-mail, en gebruikersactiviteit op onze website namens ons als een verwerker.
Gezien HubSpot gevestigd is in de Verenigde Staten, kunnen gegevens buiten de EEA worden getransfereerd. HubSpot voldoet aan de GDPR-reglementen en maakt gebruik van Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) om de bescherming van persoonsgegevens te waarborgen. 2. Wie ziet welke informatie
Welke informatie zichtbaar is, wordt door de Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke bepaald via instellingen in het Online platform. Bij vragen: eindgebruikers/leidinggevenden kunnen terecht bij de interne contactpersoon (vaak HR). Beheerders kunnen mailen naar support@dialog.nl of bellen naar 030 7600 290.
3. Marketing en Analyse
Dialog kan persoonsgegevens gebruiken voor marketingdoeleinden, zoals het verzenden van nieuwsbrieven en promoties. Dit gebeurt alleen na expliciete toestemming van de betrokkenen.
Gebruikersactiviteiten, zoals e-mail open rates, kunnen worden geanalyseerd om de effectiviteit van marketingcampagnes te verbeteren. Dit gebeurt op basis van legitieme belangen.
4. Toestemming voor Marketing
Voor marketingactiviteiten wordt expliciete toestemming van de betrokkenen gevraagd. Toestemming is gebaseerd op de GDPR-normen:
- Vrijelijk gegeven, specifiek, geïnformeerd en ondubbelzinnig.
- Opt-out optie in elke marketingcommunicatie.
Betrokkenen kunnen zich op elk moment afmelden voor marketingcommunicatie via de afmeldlink in onze e-mails of door ons direct te contacteren.
5. Profilering
Indien relevant, kan profiling worden gebruikt om advertenties en marketingcampagnes te optimaliseren. Dit gebeurt conform de GDPR, en indien nodig, na expliciete toestemming.
6. Externe Partners en Gegevensdeling
We delen alleen noodzakelijke gegevens met subverwerkers voor specifieke diensten. Er wordt verzekerd dat er geldige toestemming is voor de gegevensverzameling door deze partners.
7. Beveiliging van gegevens
Dialog treft passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen. Toelichting staat in ons Beveiligingsbeleid (opvraagbaar via support@dialog.nl).
8. Wijzigingen in deze Privacyverklaring

Op de rechtsverhouding is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Verwerking van persoonsgegevens geschiedt conform toepasselijke Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving.

This Privacy Policy is written by Dialog B.V. ("Dialog").
1. Use of HubSpot
We use HubSpot, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation platform, to manage our marketing activities. HubSpot processes personal data such as name, email, and user activity on our website on our behalf as a processor.
Given that HubSpot is located in the United States, data may be transferred outside the EEA. HubSpot complies with GDPR regulations and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure the protection of personal data. 2. Who can see which information
Visibility is determined by the Controller via settings in the Online Platform. Questions? End Users/Managers can contact their internal contact (often HR). Administrators can email support@dialog.nl or call +31 30 7600 290.
3. Marketing and Analysis
Dialog may use personal data for marketing purposes such as sending newsletters and promotions. This is done only after obtaining explicit consent from the individuals involved.
User activities, such as email open rates, may be analyzed to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This is based on legitimate interests.
4. Consent for Marketing
Explicit consent is sought from individuals for marketing activities. Consent is based on GDPR standards:
- Freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous.
- Opt-out option in every marketing communication.
Individuals can opt-out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
5. Profiling
If applicable, profiling can be used to optimize ads and marketing campaigns. This is done in accordance with the GDPR, and if necessary, after obtaining explicit consent.
6. Partnerships and Data Sharing
We share only necessary data with sub-processors for specific services. It is ensured that valid consent is obtained for data collection by these partners.
7. Data security
Dialog implements appropriate technical and organisational measures. Details are described in our Security Policy (available upon request via support@dialog.nl).
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable Dutch laws and regulations.
