We are looking for an experienced Interim UX Designer to take the lead in solving a critical challenge at the heart of our platform’s success. User research shows a lack of clarity, especially for managers who are unsure what actions to take within our platform. This impacts the overall satisfaction and adoption.
Your primary mission is to transform the user experience by making it instantly clear to managers which actions require their attention and how to get started. You will establish a strong UX foundation that supports future improvements aimed at guiding users through completing their tasks, with an opportunity to explore the use of Agentic AI. While this strategic project is your main focus, you may also contribute to other important UX challenges identified on our quarterly roadmap.
You will collaborate with our Head of Product, Product Manager, Tech Lead, current UX Designer and developers, embedding UX deeply into our product development process.
